The premier room we stayed in was spacious and had a separate toilet and ensuite shower room. The bedroom had ample cupboard space and tea/coffee facilities. We also appreciated the complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge. The breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold food options, with freshly squeezed orange juice. The breakfast room's location on the top floor provided a fine view of the city and the river. We were also able to enjoy the panoramic terrace with tables and chairs set up for outdoor seating. The hotel's location was excellent, as it was close to the tram line and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Exploring this city was easy from this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the river and a tram stop, making it easy to board river cruises and explore the center of Old Bordeaux. The beds in the rooms were comfortable, and the showers in the bathrooms were nice. The front desk staff were helpful and provided useful information about the area. The breakfast offered a great selection of food, including a goody bag with bottles of water. The hotel also had a restaurant where guests could enjoy a good meal. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in the lovely Chartrons neighborhood and just a stone's throw away from the river. It was a delight to explore the charming streets of this area, and being so near the water added a touch of tranquility to my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing me with great recommendations for sightseeing and dining options. The room itself was clean, spacious, and silent, allowing for a restful night's sleep.
